What the appeal does and doesn't cover
A safety rating appeal only addresses your SDR points and any related financial penalty. It does not address:

To contest collision responsibility itself or a traffic conviction, you need to go through the court system — not the HTB or SGI.
Deadline and cost
You must appeal within 90 days of receiving your safety rating change notice. The appeal costs $100, refunded automatically if you win.
